After traveling in Asia, Africa, Europe, South and North America, this dynamic team became inspired to borrow flavors and techniques from around the world and provide original recipes to their customers.

Chef Bruno and Maud

A native of France, Bruno found his calling to cuisine while at culinary school at Château Manoir de Chantilly.
Bruno is a seasoned chef who has been living in Costa Rica for 22 years.

His studies and work experience in 3 Stars restaurants in France has given him the expertise to operate two successful restaurants in Jaco over the past 10 years, Pili Pili and Kaya.

Maud is from France where she originally worked in tourism as a concierge and managing restaurants. Maud has been living in Costa Rica for 16 years, managing two restaurant/bars in Jaco, Bamboosa and Ganesha which have added to her knowledge of excellent food presentation and service.
